How Its Work
Our Inspection Process

01
Inspect the Exterior
When inspecting the exterior features of the home, we check that there are no areas of concern with the drainage of the property's immediate perimeter, roof, gutters, siding, porches, decks, garage, foundation, and more.
02
Inspect the Interior
Once we move inside the home, we’ll check that there are no issues with the interior features of the home including all the walls, doors, windows, as well as the crawl space, attic, and basement.
03
Check the Major Systems
Then, we’ll assess the home’s major systems including the electrical, plumbing, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system as well as the major appliances.
04
Receive Your Report
Receive a comprehensive inspection report within 24 hours that outlines key findings and includes pictures for your record.
05
Follow Up With Your Inspector
After the inspection is completed and the report is ready, feel free to call your home inspector to ask any questions and run through the report to ensure you have a thorough understanding of the home’s condition.
